Niki Schwartz graduated summa cum laude from The Ohio State University College of Law. In addition to his experience as a litigator, mediator and arbitrator, Niki was also a professor at The University of Toledo College of Law, teaching constitutional law, criminal law and appellate advocacy. Honored by his colleagues in 1995 when he was elected to the fellowship in the American College of Trial Lawyers and again in 2004 when the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association presented him with the William K. Thomas Professionalism Award. Niki has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America in mediation as well as Commercial Litigation, Bet-the-Company Litigation, Litigation – Labor & Employment, Criminal Defense: White Collar, and Criminal Defense: General Practice. Attorney Schwartz is respected and revered by his colleagues in the Ohio legal community.
